We start by formulating a detailed plan – gathering all
required information, establishing lines of communication,
and assembling your billing team. Once all technical and
human resources are coordinated, we incrementally take
responsibility for the billing operations, “ramping-up” in a
smooth, controlled manner.
Identify
In this initial phase, the team will review the client's current environment
including headcount, costs and operational processes. This step will provide
the foundation from which recommendations can be made.
Analyze
Once the current environment has been assessed, the team will define what the
future state will look like based upon the value that can be generated from
the various services that Perfecture can offer. Additionally, the business case
is developed, providing a basis for both organizations' decision-making.
Mapping
The processes identified are then mapped to an implementation plan and risk
management strategy.
Transition
Following process mapping and tagging, there is a detailed knowledge transfer
between the client and Perfecture resources. The various processes are
prototyped, and connectivity is set up between the client and Perfecture . The
infrastructure and resources are deployed, and the "ramp-up" pilot
begins.
Execution
At this point, the pilot is expanded to full-scale execution Perfecture conducts
in process reviews, eliminating defects and redundancies improving both
productivity and turnaround time. Perfecture provides the client with service
level reporting as well as process improvement strategies.
